I have been riding the bus a lot, but lately it has felt more difficult. One stop may not seem like much, but it felt great to get off and take a long meandering walk home.

  1. Great work. Baby Steps, right. The more you do it, the better you will feel about it – hopefully expanding your comfort zone. A great book I have read that assisted with anxiety was ‘Feel the Fear’ and do it anyway by Susan Jeffers! Very Helpful text!
